At Academy Avenue School we view learning as a lifelong commitment. Our mission, therefore, is to develop knowledgeable, confident, highly motivated students who will be equipped to face the challenges of a rapidly changing world. We seek to develop responsible citizens who will actively participate in a democratic society.
We pledge to support students' educational, emotional and physical well-being in all phases of their school experience by creating an environment that focuses on critical thinking and risk-taking, dignifies each learners efforts and fosters expectations that encourage participation in the learning process.
The purpose of this website is keep you up to date on activities, fundraisers, and other events going on in the school also activities provided by or for the parent council.
Also you will be able find forms, & information that is sent home with our children.

Bingo Night, Friday, February 3 at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $14 which includes admission and a Providence Bruins hat. A flyer is going out in the backpack this week. Family & Friends are invited. EMAIL/text me if you are interested barbswales@verizon.net/ 617-584-8605 or fill out the flyer and send it via the backpack to school.
